This page says what data touches us when you use this website, book a call, email us or apply for a job, and what we do with it. Last updated 21 September 2026.
Nothing. This site sets no cookies, runs no analytics, loads no trackers and shows no advertising. The pages are static files. The only third party involved in serving them is Google Fonts, which delivers the typefaces; font requests go to Google and are covered by Google's privacy policy.
The booking buttons open a Google Calendar appointment page. The name, email address and anything else you enter there are processed by Google under Google's privacy policy and shared with us so we can hold the meeting. We use those details to prepare for and follow up on the conversation, and for nothing else.
Email to contact@walnut.digital, including anything you attach, is used to reply to you and kept in our mailbox as ordinary correspondence. We do not add you to any mailing list; we do not run one.
Applications arrive by email. Your resume, portfolio and message are read by a person, used only to assess your application, and shared with no one outside Walnut Digital. Ask at any time and we will delete your application and confirm it.
The agents and systems we build for clients run in accounts the client owns: their store, their WhatsApp line, their systems. That data belongs to the client, stays in their accounts, and is handled under the agreement for that engagement, with processing terms documented before anything goes live. This website is not connected to any of it.
Write to contact@walnut.digital to ask what we hold about you, to have it corrected, or to have it deleted. We answer every such request, and deletion requests are honoured unless something we are legally required to keep is involved.
If the site gains features that touch more data, a contact form or analytics for example, this page is updated first and the date at the top changes. The current version always lives at this address.
